Kempt Help Red Bull to Fill Ultimate Summer Jobs

I’m hugely proud to announce the launch of our latest project for our amazing clients at Red Bull, this time in their quest to find five interns for the Red Bull Racing team!

Many brands would have done this the easy way, ask around the management to see if anyone had a son or daughter that wanted to do it or possibly put a post on their site, but that wouldn’t be the Red Bull way would it?! No… Red Bull wanted to turn it into an opportunity available for anybody, centred around an online aptitude test… gulp.

Last year, with much excitement (and a little trepidation), Kempt accepted the challenge to create the test and I’m extremely pleased to say that the project is an enormous success. The result is enjoyable and approachable and yet simultaneously challenging and totally credible. It’s a credit to the vision of our clients and the hard work put in by both teams.

So, one question remains: Is this Gamification? It takes a real world business challenge and applies game mechanics to solve it. I think so, and what’s more I think it’s one of the best examples I’ve seen.
