This morning I was hugely pleased to receive a copy of the article that I contributed to for "Inside Out" - the (rather brilliant, as you might expect) magazine published by the Institute of Internal Communication. I think it's a brilliant piece and I'm hugely excited about the potential in the area of internal comms - particularly as that's where this all started 12 years ago! Anyway hope you enjoy the article, I'm off to try and find a way to get my head through the door...
